i had an issue in april 2025 where the tv bed lost power within a day stephen holland booked a replacement part and an engineer to fit the faulty part i was so happy my tv bed was repaired , i contacted today December 2025 as there was a red light and my tv again would not lift , again Stephen Holland responded promptly and advised my unit had locked he advised simply to press the two buttons at the same time until the blue light flashed up and guess what my tv lifted out of the bed absolutely brilliant aftercare thanks :)
