i had an issue in april 2025 where the tv bed lost power within a day stephen holland booked a replacement part and an engineer to fit the faulty part i was so happy my tv bed was repaired , i contacted today December 2025 as there was a red light and my tv again would not lift , again Stephen Holland responded promptly and advised my unit had locked he advised simply to press the two buttons at the same time until the blue light flashed up and guess what my tv lifted out of the bed absolutely brilliant aftercare thanks :)

I encountered an issue in April 2025 when the TV bed lost power within a day. The representative arranged for a replacement part and scheduled an engineer to fix the faulty component. I was thrilled to have my TV bed repaired. Today, in December 2025, I contacted them again due to a red light indicating my TV wouldn't lift. Once more, the representative responded quickly, explaining that my unit had locked. He advised me to press two buttons simultaneously until the blue light flashed, and guess what? My TV lifted out of the bed! Absolutely fantastic aftercare—thank you!

Disappointing Experience

Disappointing! Three visits from the engineer to fix the motor on our electric bed, and it remains unresolved. I don't blame the engineer; it would be helpful if the company sent the correct parts! It's been 5 weeks so far, and the issue persists!

Unfortunately, my daughter's TV bed had issues with the gas strut five years after purchase. I contacted the company, and they waived the fee for a replacement strut. The service was very quick, and their generosity in waiving the cost was appreciated. I should have enough DIY skills to fit it, but they offered technician assistance if I needed it. Great customer service!

Excellent Service Experience

I received a bed delivery and began assembling it the same day. Long story short, the TV bracket wouldn't lift. I called the number on the footboard and left a slightly frustrated voicemail. About 30 minutes later, a representative named Dylan called back and guided me through the problem via a WhatsApp video call in just about 3 minutes. I can't praise him and the service enough!
