I had an appointment scheduled for a gas safety check between 1 PM and 5 PM. Since we work full-time, we arranged for someone to be present, but when they arrived, the service had already left a card stating they visited at 1:05 PM (when it was still 12:30). Reviewing our doorbell footage, the engineer actually arrived at 11:25, which was 95 minutes early. When I called for an explanation, after waiting over an hour, the representative just hung up on me! We also emailed about the situation and requested another appointment, but still no response four days later! If anything happens with our boiler or any gas-related issues, we will hold this service responsible and seek legal advice.
