A deeply frustrating experience from start to finish.

From start to finish, my experience with this service has been incredibly frustrating. Appointments were repeatedly missed without any notice, apology, or regard for my time. I adjusted my schedule multiple times, only to be left waiting for technicians who never arrived. Each instance required me to follow up for an explanation — which is unacceptable for any professional service, especially one related to heating. When I finally managed to reach someone on the phone, the situation only deteriorated. The representatives were dismissive, rude, and almost hostile. Instead of listening or trying to resolve my concerns, I was treated as if my request for basic reliability and courtesy was an inconvenience. Simple inquiries were met with attitude, and my concerns were ignored rather than addressed. The service demonstrates a complete lack of organization, accountability, and customer care. Missed appointments and unprofessional staff appear to be the standard rather than the exception. I would strongly recommend anyone considering this service to seek alternatives unless you enjoy wasting your time and being treated poorly.

Outstanding service from the engineers.

Both engineers were efficient, courteous, and friendly. Even though they faced a challenging and lengthy job, they maintained a positive attitude and were determined to restore the heating in my bathroom, which I'm happy to say they accomplished. A big thank you to both of them!

An incredibly frustrating work experience.

As a gas engineer who worked with this company for nearly a year, I encountered nothing but trouble. I'm relieved to be out of it and would warn any engineer considering working here to think twice. The management is unresponsive, and most staff are rude, with only a few being competent. I've worked with many companies across the UK, but I've never seen anything like this. I feel sorry for the customers, as I’ve seen nothing good from this service, only problems.

Completely unacceptable service!

I had an appointment scheduled for a gas safety check between 1 PM and 5 PM. Since we work full-time, we arranged for someone to be present, but when they arrived, the service had already left a card stating they visited at 1:05 PM (when it was still 12:30). Reviewing our doorbell footage, the engineer actually arrived at 11:25, which was 95 minutes early. When I called for an explanation, after waiting over an hour, the representative just hung up on me! We also emailed about the situation and requested another appointment, but still no response four days later! If anything happens with our boiler or any gas-related issues, we will hold this service responsible and seek legal advice.

Terrible customer experience!

This is one of the worst companies I've ever dealt with! The staff are rude and unhelpful, and I would love to know who the CEO is to address the staff's behavior. My boiler was fixed, but the very next day it stopped working again!

I am writing to express my urgent concern about my heating system. I've been trying to get help with my malfunctioning radiator, which is excessively hot and makes loud banging noises every two hours. As a senior resident, I've spent hours on hold without resolution. Today alone, I was on hold for over two hours, and when I tried to request a callback, I received no follow-up. I urgently need this matter prioritized, as I cannot safely remain in my home with an overheating radiator. Your immediate assistance is greatly appreciated.

Prompt assistance for heating repair

I called late at night regarding updates on replacing our broken heaters, and I was pleased that the lines were still open. The representative made it clear that the heaters would be replaced once my landlord approved it. She also arranged for a temporary heater while we waited for the repairs. She was friendly, professional, and understanding. I received the heater shortly after.

Helpful out-of-hours team

I spoke with the out-of-hours team and was very impressed with their professionalism and helpfulness. Although it took three days for my repair to be allocated, representatives did their best to follow up for me. Despite my frustration with how the service handled my repair, these individuals made the process clearer and were a pleasure to communicate with. The manager went above and beyond to resolve my issue with an emergency engineer.
