More than happy to take your money with all the promises under the sun.. the reality, impossible to resolve anything with. I have called multiple time this week only to be put on hold, eventually finding that the service team couldn’t find my account and then put the phone down on me.
My complaints are as follows.. we arrived home to find two virtual children in BT uniforms drilling into the brickwork of our home without our permission. They arrived earlier than their appointment time, stating with no apology that they “wanted to go home earlier” they installed the broadband upgrade which we had not requested, too far from the plug socket we wanted and then attached the overhead cable right outside our bedroom window without asking us where we wanted it.. every other one on the street goes to the roof. And finally they didn’t clean up any of their mess before leaving and as I stated at the beginning, it’s now impossible to rectify with BT as they’re are inept, I have so far spent over an hour listening to the dreadful hold music provided. Oh and one more thing, the Wi-Fi is now less accessible than it was before, even from 10 metres away despite the fibre optic upgrade!!!
This is terrible service considering you are more than happy to take our money.
