they have staff who are hellbent on making sure to frustrate you. they do not listen when you ask questions and just makes your head go on a rollercoaster ride by just talking a lot of nonsense but making sure not to resolve the issue... they're always telling to to call a different department to resolve an issue saying they're "trying to help you" without actually helping you. worst part is they lie a lot and change appointments last minute. then even worse when i say i want to leave i am told that all of the other companies use thier line so i will get the same poor service anywhere i go basically their argument for me to stay hahaha laugahable the day bt ends i will celebrate. the pride before the fall
