What a complete rip off this company is. I have been searching for a twelve month contract and found BT did one with the information online. It didn't tell you what the £40 up front fee was for so I rang them and they denied that they did a 12 month contract. Eventually they said that if it was available online I needed to do it there and couldn't tell me what the up front fee was for. While searching again for the page another page by BT showing the exact same contracts came up but they were £10 per month cheaper that the first page - I managed to find the first page to ensure I wasn't mistaken. I chose a contract that said no up front fees and free connection. On going through the signing up process it then came to a page showing that there were in fact up front fees of £20. I didn't bother going through the rest of the sign up process as this is obviously a company that can't be trusted. Is there a broadband company that can? Not judging from all the reviews at all the different companies!
