The worst customer service I have been complaining about my broadband issues that haven’t been working for the past 7 months after being passed from post to pillar and being on hold for a whole hour the last person I spoke to in tech got angry that I wanted to leave and cut the call - fault of their own yet I can’t cancel because I am in a contract that has had no service - I have been charged £70 in one month. Please avoid at all cost - better to go with virgin, expensive but atleast it works.
