Recently made a call to Bt requesting assistance with my E mail.I did not catch your representatives name but he was excellent.I am not a technical person but he steered me through my problem. Helped be load the e mail app (which is great)He was patient and gave me clear instructions which must have been a challenge to him. Very impressed and appreciative just sorry I didn't catch his name. Thanks
