THE MOST FRIENDLY, POLITE AND HELPFUL CALL SERVICE REP I HAVE EVER COME ACCROSS!!WAYNE was beyond helpful at trying to help establish the problem with my Internet from diagnostics and taking me through things step by step such as basic rebooting etc.I am SHOCKED at the poor reviews!!!It really helps to have such fantastic customer service and representative who is so attentive and helpful!!!I absolutely would highly recommend BT Internet and thier customer service! I am so pleased after a distressing morning to have someone helpful and kind on the other end. He was unable to fix the problem but was happy to arrange a replacement to come out which may hopefully fix the fault.Thank you Wayne. It doesn't take much to be kind and helpful (especially when I'm not tech savvy), but the patience and going above and beyond really speaks volumes!I hope the new hub can fix things and whilst I rarely bother writing reviews, I have done this off my own back because I truly believe that some people and thier services are under appreciated! Your a star :)
