Unstable internet...very wierd customer service

We have been with BT for some time now. currently with broadband at £60 per month. recently the network is very unstable in our company with barely 6 to 7 users at a time. Internet goes away minimum 10 time a day without any rhyme and reason. When trying to contact support , they remark that this service is actually normal and that if wanted something more stable we would need to pay £180 per month + setup charges around £1000.A broadband provider stating that 10 occasions per day when line is unstable is considered a norm for them...it really doesn't make make a good impression at all. looking for other providers and they supply similar broadband at £20 per month. not sure if they will be more reliable but at least not charging £60 for a connection dropping 10 times a day
