Going into buying a house is terrifying. They say solicitors are the worst to deal with. I had absolutely no idea what I was doing BTMK made things so easy and simple and put my expectations of how solicitors were out the window! These guys are the best, if you are buying a house. Shoutout to Keighly.S and Simran.R, we started the process with Keighly and Simran took over. Both of them were amazing at their jobs, very professional and for first time buyers like us they guided us every step of the way. I will definitely go back to BTMK if l need help in the future. We also worked with Christine, she was good as well.
Before commiting to their services the communication was amazing. After paying initial sign up things went cold for 3 weeks (having been told it would be done within around 5 weeks) I had presumed they were working in background when in fact nothing was being done. It then took me constantly chasing them to get things actioned. Finally got things completed and quote increased and of course I had no choice but to pay the additional amount. If you have the time to keep chasing or not in any hurry would recommend if not I wouldn't
