Before commiting to their services the communication was amazing. After paying initial sign up things went cold for 3 weeks (having been told it would be done within around 5 weeks) I had presumed they were working in background when in fact nothing was being done. It then took me constantly chasing them to get things actioned. Finally got things completed and quote increased and of course I had no choice but to pay the additional amount. If you have the time to keep chasing or not in any hurry would recommend if not I wouldn't
