*Edited to add that I received an email back from the support email listed on Btirdl’s site. They said there was a problem when the tried to deliver the chairs. I assured them that there was no problem bc they never tried to deliver the items. Told them I knew it was a scam. They have been emailing me offering me a partial refund despite me telling them PayPal refunded me. I’m assuming they are hoping I’ll agree to a “refund” so they can get an account number to “credit” Scam. Thankfully I paid through PayPal and will be receiving a refund. Ordered the BOGO Adirondack chairs. Tracking order through the site says my order was delivered yesterday and it definitely wasn’t. Sent an email to their support listed on website..no response. PayPal has a totally different support email listed from seller(it’s a clothing store) and billing from a whole other different name. So between not receiving a confirmation or tracking email from bturidl, seeing tracking through their website saying delivered but not receiving item, and PayPal having a totally different company listed for support, I determined I was scammed.
