I never received my order of 3 mens caps. They charged me $79 for these 3 hats. Im 73 yrs old handicapped and I live on a fixed income. It really hurt me to pay out this money I had to do without some of my medicine ro pay for this. I have to shop on line cuz im not able to go shopping anymore. So I ordered these as birthday presents for my son grandson and son in law. Now they will have nothing from me for their birthdays . Can u imagine how that makes me feel ?? SHAME ON YOU I GUESS U MAKE UR MOTHER PROUD SCAMMING OLD PEOPLE!!!

I was finally able to get a refund for the chairs I purchased. The email I corresponded with was support@serviceonline24h dot com. It took some back and forth and a promise to send a new order which I also never received. Then they said they would refund me minus the $10 shipping fee. When I told them I didn’t pay shipping fee they agreed to a full refund. I did not get the refund in the time that they said I would so I reached out again and they said it was an error with their system. After 2 months of back and forth I received the refund today after doing a paypal report.
Scam. I also ordered the chairs from tik tok, stated delivered but never received. Ordered 4/30 and took 18 days to say delivered. Their dispute function doesn’t work, phone number is non working, chat function is non working and their email address is fake. The tracking was fake also. Requesting a refund from my credit card company as well. Everything on their website from reviews, timing of arrival, refund and guarantee to customer service options is completely fake.
Horrible! Not a real company. Fake reviews and fake info about a product that doesn't exist. Gave me a fake tracking number and now it goes nowhere. Their email addresses all bounce back. 100% scam. I feel so dumb from ordering from them. "If it seems too good to be true it probably is."
