The only good thing I can say is that the drink itself was nice. The service was awful.Only two workers at the store, resulting in huge queues all day long. One serving, and one making the drinks - meaning we had to wait for 30-40 mins with approx. 10 people ahead of us. Simply not good enough! One more person making the drinks would halve the waiting time. And when we finally got to the front of the queue, we were told that they were out of tapioca pearls - brilliant! The one item that should be in plentiful supply was not available. And of course, the first tapioca scoop was free of charge - and when I asked for a free substitute topping I was told "no". Now, that's a company that values its customers, eh! And to add insult to injury, the girl making our drink simply disappeared for 3 minutes for no apparent reason. She never said anything; just casually sauntered off and reappeared several minutes later without so much as an explanation or an apology for the delay.The takeaway is that we will not be visiting Bubble-CI again. Damage done! We will take our business elsewhere next time. Plenty of other competitors in the market.
