Very disappointed. After accepting gone off milk was used which made my daughter violently sick was offered £20 voucher. Have tried to redeem the voucher twice. First time told couldn’t use as tills were being updated. Second time was told account doesn’t exist. Bad customer service which filters down from the top, emails being ignored, gone off ingredients, very very poor!

DO NOT PURCHASE GIFT CARDS TO USE HERE!!! The amount of times I have taken my daughter here to spend the damn gift card we bought here is getting ridiculous, they do not know how to redeem it and just refuse it (bought directly through Bubble CiTea) Train your staff how to use them or don't sell them!! Has been nothing but one big pain trying to use the thing up. 0/10

The tea tasted…

The tea just tasted like flavoured water and their milk teas, ice and tapioca haven’t been in stock for the past 1 and a half months. The poor flavour ruined the whole drink

Customer service is absolutely…

Customer service is absolutely shocking. Ordered 2 drinks from them that tasted vile and when I complained they offered me 2 topping vouchers on my next visit. So insulting when I asked them to refund me or replace the drinks they denied! Worst company I’ve dealt with

Customer service accused me of lying

Bubble tea came missing the bubbles (That i paid extra for). After getting back to the car i found this was missing them. I complained online and they accused me of lying due to their many "Quality assurances". This was even with photos of the drink clearing missing everything barring the tea. They've lost a weekly customer.

Avoid if you want quality drinks or any level of customer service when things go wrong. We ordered some drinks which were missing the tea completely. The liquid tasted like tap water, only the bubbles had any flavour.We were already on the road again by the time we realised. I raised this with customer service and aside from requesting photos they didn’t want to know, it took a week and a half to hear back and all they wanted was me to spend even more money with them for a small discount.These drinks are not cheap! There are better options out there who actually value customer satisfaction.
