I ordered several Christmas gifts for my son and grandchildren on November 5th. On December 15th, I received a dispatch email along with tracking information. Now it’s December 21st, and the parcel still hasn't been handed over to the postal service. My emails to customer support have gone unanswered. In response to the company's reply, I find it hard to believe their explanation. They claimed to have dispatched my order on December 15th using a tracked service, which should have delivered it by the 17th or 18th at the latest. If it doesn’t arrive by Christmas, I expect a full refund, as many family members will be without gifts. This experience has been extremely disappointing, especially since they took my payment on November 5th.
