I've ordered from this seller on two occasions—once around Halloween and again during Christmas. The bundles are fantastic and offer great value for the price! I contacted the support team recently about my order, as I was concerned it wouldn't arrive before Christmas. Thankfully, it did! The support team responded quickly and was both polite and friendly. I will definitely be ordering from them again.
I ordered several Christmas gifts for my son and grandchildren on November 5th. On December 15th, I received a dispatch email along with tracking information. Now it’s December 21st, and the parcel still hasn't been handed over to the postal service. My emails to customer support have gone unanswered. In response to the company's reply, I find it hard to believe their explanation. They claimed to have dispatched my order on December 15th using a tracked service, which should have delivered it by the 17th or 18th at the latest. If it doesn’t arrive by Christmas, I expect a full refund, as many family members will be without gifts. This experience has been extremely disappointing, especially since they took my payment on November 5th.
I ordered kits for my grandchildren's birthdays, but the youngest granddaughter's kit arrived damaged. After reaching out, they promptly sent replacement teabags and a peach bubble tea carton. Although it was still a soggy gift, they later replaced the entire kit and offered a discount on my next order. Their quick response to my complaint was appreciated, and I will definitely order again!
I've ordered from this service multiple times without issues. Recently, I ordered a Halloween refill kit with a free limited edition keyring and the coffee refill kit, but the coffee kit was missing. I contacted customer support through their website and social media but received no response after over a week. I want what I paid for or a refund!
