Team Bubly,Bubly Bathrooms.The best customer service I have ever experienced, thank you.I have early stage limb onset MND, with one arm not working as it should anymore, and so in order for me to fit my new sink unit I had to remove the doors to gain some extra space to work in.I then went on to fit the handles away from the unit and discovered for some reason (maybe stress) I put one on upside down totally ruining the unit. God I was so annoyed with myself.I should have checked first I know, it’s not something I usually do, doh!While the replacement was down to me not concentrating I searched online desperately trying to find a replacement and stumbled across your site team Bubly.After I explained what happened and asked if I could purchase a replacement door you very kindly offered the replacement free of charge.Well, I just wanted to let you know I’ve received the replacement door and i just wanted to thank you so very much for it, you have made an old man very happy.The bathroom unit now looks as it should (amazing) and I no longer have to look at it and beat myself up about the mistake I made.Wonderful customer service from you and I will always highly recommend your company.Once again, thank you for your outstanding customer care, it was greatly appreciated.Best wishes Gary king
