Edit **Since posting this statement, I have since had a very quick response from Bubly Bathrooms within 30 mins, the situation has been resolved, I received a full refund & compensation towards a new toilet seat. I am very happy with the outcome & would be happy to make another purchase from this company again. I ordered this product, told it was out for delivery never received it, rang for a refund & 2 weeks later I’m still waiting for the refund. Not happy with the service.
