No delivery from an order in nov - just lots of generic stalling emails. Will have to look to recover my losses via my bank. My order number is #7367 I’d be happy to change this review if you honour your promise in your reply.Update it’s now 7 February - received an email to say delivery arrived at pick up point but dhl tracker saying otherwise!!! Can’t talk to anyone to resolve this. Still feel very frustrated. Contacted dhl and shipping code not recognised. Still not convinced this isn’t some sort of scam.Update 13th feb - got the order at last. Waiting for son to open as a very late Christmas present for him!!! Had to pick up from DHL a pick up point as not sent to my home address as requested. Have had a email from support offering compensation! I’m just glad it over and wouldn’t be shopping there again.
