This product is really impressive! It took a little longer to arrive, but that's fine. It looks fantastic and performs as expected. I would only suggest a larger hood for that ideal look and maybe a more fitted version to highlight the waist. Overall, I'm extremely satisfied—no regrets!
The customer service experience was quite poor. The fleece jacket we received is nice, but the seam came loose within two weeks. We reached out to the company on social media, and they mentioned we could receive a replacement, but then the communication ceased. After trying to follow up via email, they requested pictures again but then stopped responding. Now it's January, and I still haven't heard back. Emails bounce back, and the contact form isn’t functional. Very frustrating.

If I could change anything, it would be to have a larger hood for that perfect style, and maybe a version that's slightly more fitted at the waist. But other than that, I'm really happy with my purchase—no regrets!
My order, intended as a Christmas gift, has not arrived since December 20, 2025, and cannot be tracked. I've sent multiple emails to the company with no response, and no one is available to answer by phone. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend shopping here.
If you're planning to order from this company and you're outside of Belgium, please be aware! I'm usually not one to leave reviews, but this situation has been really frustrating. I ordered a reversible fleece in mid-November, and after not receiving it, I reached out in late December. They informed me that my order would arrive in January, but it's now mid-January and still nothing. I contacted them again and was told it's with the courier, who I found out is notoriously unreliable. After further inquiries, I was told it’s 'in transit' but the tracking shows no updates. I'm still waiting for a response and my order. This shipping and customer service experience is unacceptable.
