I had an issue with one of my buchymix processor accessories and I reached out to the customer service team about it. I was initially sceptical because of the poor review of customer service on Trustpilot but I had a good experience. Lilian was great in dealing with my issue. She was instrumental in replacing the faulty accessory and went beyond that to sort out my cup which was starting to get damaged because of the faulty accessory. Shipping for the replacement items was fast. I had to pay for postage when returning my processor cup to them but as soon as I sent picture of the posted package, they were able to work on sending me the replacement items shortly after.I am well impressed and my food processor is fully functional.
