This company’s conduct has been completely unacceptable. I paid $320 for an Air Fryer Oven in Canada, and it failed in less than a month. A product at this price point should not break almost immediately.

Customer service has been unresponsive and ineffective. After multiple attempts to resolve the issue, I was given a return address in Ontario. I shipped the oven as instructed, only for it to be returned to me because the address provided was incorrect. This is either gross incompetence or deliberate misconduct.

I have wasted time, money, and effort trying to resolve a problem that should never have occurred in the first place. I expect an immediate refund or replacement. If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will escalate this through consumer protection authorities, my financial institution, and any other available channels.

This will not be ignored.

I had an issue with one of my buchymix processor accessories and I reached out to the customer service team about it. I was initially sceptical because of the poor review of customer service on Trustpilot but I had a good experience. Lilian was great in dealing with my issue. She was instrumental in replacing the faulty accessory and went beyond that to sort out my cup which was starting to get damaged because of the faulty accessory. Shipping for the replacement items was fast. I had to pay for postage when returning my processor cup to them but as soon as I sent picture of the posted package, they were able to work on sending me the replacement items shortly after.

I am well impressed and my food processor is fully functional. Thank you Lilian.

Customer service is very poor

Customer service is very poor, they don’t respond to emails or messages. My juicer arrived tampered. I called and there was no response. I messaged and emailed. NO RESPONSE. they hype for Buchymix is overrated.

This is terrible customer service

This is terrible customer service. I received this blender and it arrived broken. I’ve been trying to speak to someone for three days with no response.I want a replacement immediately. You seriously need to work on your customer service.Order #UKB10426X

Worse Company

Do not buy from them. Customer service is 0. They dont reply to emails. I bought an oven , I got an email with tracking its been dispatched. Tracking says it hasn't been brought for shipping. I contacted dpd and was told seller only created shipping label, that item is yet to be brought to them. Buchymix lied. They refused to reply to four emails I sent to them. Avoid them like plagues.

Very terrible product and worse customer service

We bought the juicer in April and by November the main component of the juicer refused to detach from it, we reached out to them for help or replacement, they wont respond to your email or WhatsApp messages. We wrote a review on their page and they refused to publish it. This company is a scam.

Buchymix juicer is not durable and not worth your money.

This is the worst company I have ever known. I bought their so called Juicer. The hooper part broke down in exactly two weeks of use. I ordered the part, they said it will take 2-7 days to get this order. It’s more than 1 month. I am yet to receive the part. The public needs to be warned. This company is rubbish. Customer service is rubbish. I have a Green Star juicer. I bought it 20 years ago. It is durable. Buchymix is a useless machine. If you need a juicer, avoid the temptation of buying Buchymix. I thought it was a good Self feeding equipment. But now I know it’s a waste of money.

If theirs is -100 star

If theirs is -100 star, that’s what I would put there , customer service is extremely poor . After buying a blender and cup was faulty , reach out to them and communication took weeks before I was told that am not qualified for a part even though I still have about 2months left before it’s 3years . I accepted and made an order , it’s more than 1 week now , haven’t still received my order , I was told to send the maker of the blender which I did multiple times , yesterday I got confused and let them know I have made an order and paid for it since I was told I didn’t qualify , am still yet to receive my order

You need to avoid this company

You need to avoid this company! Typical of the country of the owner everything is backwards! Their warranty does not work! I purchased an item less than 2 months and it broke. They want me to purchase a filter when it’s still under warranty! They will dribble you up and down with nonsense words and waste your time just to avoid sending a replacement! Your item is defectives but I’m the one that has to pay for the item which is supposed to be under warranty! Forget all the reviews they have gone down hill! If you have any issues with your item you are on your own! Stuck with a heavy object that does not work. Barely two months used a handful of times should not have broken! Be warned! All the reviews are paid for!
