I bought the silver colour digital professional plus blender and it wasn't working. It was dead/faulty upon arrival. The customer service/technical support is the absolute worst. No response to emails, chats or calls. No order errors or returns, nothing! Absolutely nothing! A bloody waste of time and money 😡
