I bought the ultra heavy duty soundproof blender but it stopped working less than 8 months later after very limited use of about 8 to 9 times. I rang them, emailed, sent WhatsApp video and messages and called and even instagram messages but no response. Instead, they kept declining and rejecting my calls to point I assumed I was blocked. It’s suppose to have 3 years warranty but no response till date. Such expensive product but zero support service.
