This company’s conduct has been completely unacceptable. I paid $320 for an Air Fryer Oven in Canada, and it failed in less than a month. A product at this price point should not break almost immediately.
Customer service has been unresponsive and ineffective. After multiple attempts to resolve the issue, I was given a return address in Ontario. I shipped the oven as instructed, only for it to be returned to me because the address provided was incorrect. This is either gross incompetence or deliberate misconduct.
I have wasted time, money, and effort trying to resolve a problem that should never have occurred in the first place. I expect an immediate refund or replacement. If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will escalate this through consumer protection authorities, my financial institution, and any other available channels.
This will not be ignored.
