While visiting friends, I stumbled upon this gem, and it was fantastic! The atmosphere was filled with wonderful music and top-notch service, and the food was simply outstanding. The portions exceeded what we anticipated, making our experience thoroughly enjoyable.

Day trip to Glasgow with my 2 teenage sons and my dog, was looking for somewhere dog friendly to grab a quick meal before getting back on train, didn’t have a reservation however the staff made sure they found us a table within their tightly booked out evening. Don’t leave reviews for stuff ever, but have to say that the service, atmosphere, food, and restaurant were absolutely fantastic. All the Staff were so friendly and welcoming, they ensured my dog got a bowl of fresh water and was comfortable, you can tell when people are just politely doing their job, or genuinely want to give you great service and this team are the latter. Amazing time at Bucks and perfect end to a fab day out in Glasgow! They epitomised the saying that ‘People make Glasgow’!
Really good food and brilliant staff! Thanks to Faye for making our evening extra special. We were there for a birthday party and she noted the occasion which was super appreciated. Atmosphere is great as well and pictures on the wall so cool. We had probably one of the best fried chicken ever there and portions were huge. Really good value for money, would highly recommend !
Came here for Mother's Day with my daughter , Had the Mac and cheese with chicken waffle, it was so good couldn't finish it all 😃. Also had an hard milkshake best one I've ever had. My daughter had the cauliflower bites and a plant burger she said it was excellent also with of course a Twister cocktail it was nice too . The staff are very attentive always there to make sure you have what you need i wouldn't think twice about coming back .
I took my son and 6 ppl to the Trongate in Glasgow for his 18th Birthday. The Government web site states 16, 17 year olds cannot buy alcohol but can have a beer or wine with a meal.We were refused a beer with a meal. We spent a couple of hundred, we had the 18th balloon, me , his mum and step dad, not a group of irresponsible kids. We were all extremely disappointed as the birthday boy (even with parents present) could not get one beer.The male toilet door handle was hanging off, the bar manager was unfriendly. The best service we got from the moment we entered was the bubbly girl at the front door that asked if he had had his first legal pint. After that it was all downhill!! I have attended and trained a team in the Tickety boo service of excellence training for hospitality. I can say this place falls short of a basic pass. I would not recommend to clients, family or friends. Bad service, wasted evening. It’s now costing me a weekend at Cameron house hotel for a first class service !!!
