I received a confusing email that my friend had to navigate to register, leading to an awkward situation for me. When it was time to book, it took us over an hour to figure out what she needed to do. Once registered, she was forced to subscribe for future months. The ticket process is frustrating; you have to email to request tickets for experiences, and responses are slow. She had to cancel her card to avoid charges after realizing this was not just a small business but a scam. Communication is condescending, and the site is hard to navigate.
