Having subscribed for nearly four years, I initially found the platform valuable and enjoyable. However, after the rebranding, the service has significantly declined. The subscription changed from five activities per month for £40 to just one for £20. While the price dropped, so did the value and quality. With only one event per month, if you're unavailable, your payment is wasted. When I tried to cancel, it became frustrating. I requested cancellation twice via email and their support system, but there’s no way to cancel through the app or website. Despite confirmation of cancellation, I continued to be charged, and my follow-up messages went unanswered. There’s no phone support, and the support link on their site has been broken for months. The ongoing charges after confirmed cancellation and the difficulty in canceling raise serious consumer rights issues. I strongly recommend against subscribing.

The customer service is appalling. The activities in the new format are not worth it at all. A current ticket in the area is priced the same as the club membership, but with the club, you only get one afternoon to participate. If you're not available, you waste your money. The previous service was good; this new approach is terrible and offers poor value for money. Don't bother!
I'm attempting to cancel my subscription. I've sent two emails with no response. I received a voucher for a gift, and it took me a long time to figure out how to activate it, as it wasn't clear. After emailing, they activated it for me. I entered my payment details and chose my subscription, which I never used due to life circumstances. They've taken £40 a month, totaling £200. I've sent two emails to cancel my subscription and request a refund since I haven't used it at all. Everything is just difficult, and my emails have been ignored!
I bought a month of tickets for a friend as a gift, which she claimed this month. The process has been confusing from the start. Once registered, she was forced to subscribe for future months. The ticket process is frustrating; you have to email to request tickets for experiences, and responses are slow. She had to cancel her card to avoid charges after realizing this was not just a small business but a scam. Communication is condescending, and the site is hard to navigate. What should have been a fun gift turned into a frustrating experience. Avoid this at all costs.

This service is disappointing, and the app is terrible. I was charged for three months without receiving any activities. I had to open support tickets but was only advised to refresh the app. I did this repeatedly with no results. I reinstalled the app, and still nothing worked. Do not trust this service; it feels like a scam.
