The app is not free. after using them for a year with lot of fees, an example $1000 top up cost you about 1150$, they now started charging fees that is not disclosed on their shopify page. I had to move to another 3pl. i asked for 30 days notice at least, I do not think they will honor my request even getting them around thousands of orders. so you are just a number to them, i do not recommend. this all happened after a year of working with them and over 2-3000 orders. they did not even give like 30 days notice. i do not recommend.
