I have been working with Buckydrop for 6 months now. In the beginning, the service was perfect: processing times were excellent, and the support team was very responsive.However, I have noticed a significant decline in service quality recently. Delays are becoming more and more frequent, and although the support agents are still available to answer, they are not as reactive as they used to be. Furthermore, since they started using a third party to handle deliveries, the process has become a real ordeal, and the delays have become extremely long.I am writing this comment hoping it will reach the decision-makers. I am giving you one more chance to correct this, but if no improvements are made, we will be forced to change service providers.
