Terrible experience with Budget rent-a-car at the DXB airport. Highest level of incompetence. I lost 3 hours of my life establishing where their office is because it’s not at terminal 3 (and I booked directly with emirates), than I had to wait so long for the car to be ready. The paperwork, honestly took forever at pick-up. So it’s pointless to fill all that information in online at booking since they do exactly the same manually in the office. Terrible experience. So If you’re thinking of doing a long transit in Dubai don’t go with Budget! Nowhere in the world are there such incompetent people. At the end they gave me a car without the prebooked child seat! They said it would take another 10min wait, but I ended up waiting another half hour! Drop off took 20min! Honestly never again in Dubai!
