Complete scam! I reserved a vehicle for 8 days and ended up being charged for an extra day because I returned it just 11 minutes late, despite this being within the booking period. A standard rental period runs from 9am to 9am the next day. My flight was at 2am, so I planned to return the vehicle at 11pm. Due to traffic in the area, I returned it at 11:11pm. When I returned the vehicle, they didn’t mention anything at that time. Upon returning to my home country and checking my phone, I saw that money had been deducted! After sending multiple emails, I received no response. They are nothing but thieves and scammers. This service deserves all the bad luck possible. I truly hope they fail! Please, whatever you do, do NOT rent a vehicle from this service!
