Case: 46833976RA: P331313636Res: 07378301NZ0Budget Car Rentals charged me NZD592.94 for a one way trip from Auckland Airport to Tauranga Airport (about 2.5 hours). On my way home from France, I went online and booked a one way trip from Auckland Airport (Pickup April 14th 2022) and drop off at Tauranga Airport on April 15th. I pre-paid NZD227.63. On arrival at Auckland Airport after a very long flight, I could not bother to argue when I was charged another NZD200.31 plus an additional fee of NZD165, before I could pick-up my car. So on the 9th May I complained to Budget by email about this obvious mistake, but have so far not received a satisfactory response. It has now been 36 days since I first brought this to their attention. How difficult is it to work out that I have been seriously overcharged?Eddie Xavier
