I rented a car from Budget through Economy Cars website.
They charged me an extra 16$ for returning the car a bit late, even though I already paid for the full period. That means that I already paid for the period, and the late return was still in that period, and did not open another new day.
I am very upset with the way they treated me - this is very unprofessional.
