I reserve a 4x4 SUV, when I went to pick it up they had a mini van ready for me. This minivan was delivered to them specifically for me from a different location. I OWN A MINIVAN, I don't need to rent one. I will be traveling through the mountains and expecting ice and snow. Now there is no time to rent from anywhere else. I am so angry right now. I will never use these people ever again.
