I had a very unsatisfactory experience with the service. I booked a vehicle through their website, but there was no mention of tyre type during the process. It was only at the service desk that I discovered winter tyres incurred an extra charge, even though it was winter when cars should typically come equipped with them. I felt compelled to pay. I also opted for full insurance, including roadside assistance. However, when I got stuck in the snow due to the unsuitable tyres, the service refused to help. When I called their emergency line, they simply told me to contact emergency services. I was left stranded and had to walk over 40 minutes in the snow and harsh winds to find help, incurring additional costs. Consequently, I lost an entire day at the ski resort and wasted money on pre-paid ski passes and equipment. After such a difficult ordeal, I even fell ill. The service never checked in to see if I was okay.
