My experience with this service was very disheartening. I reserved a vehicle online, but there was no mention of tyre type during the booking. Only at the service desk did I learn that winter tyres came at an additional cost, despite it being winter when cars should typically be equipped with them. I felt compelled to pay. I also purchased comprehensive insurance, including roadside assistance. However, when I found myself stuck in snow due to inadequate tyres, the service refused to assist. When I called their emergency line, I was advised to contact emergency services. I was left stranded and had to walk over 40 minutes in harsh conditions to seek help, incurring extra costs. As a result, I lost an entire day at the ski resort and wasted money on pre-paid ski passes and equipment. After enduring such conditions, I even fell ill. The service never checked in to see if I was okay.
