Disgusting service from a completely useless and unreliable company. I am extremely disappointed with these people. I honestly do not even know why I am giving one star after the way we were treated. If negative stars were possible, I would give this company the lowest rating imaginable.
I lost money simply because of their bogus website errors (404 issues) and a so-called help centre that is completely helpless. BudgetAir has no real customer support. There is no telephone number, only a robotic live chat that provides no meaningful assistance.
They hide behind rigid policies instead of taking responsibility, even when flight changes are caused by the airline.
This level of service is absolutely unacceptable. I will never use this company again and strongly advise others to avoid it.
