I had an extremely frustrating customer service experience. I was supposed to receive a refund due to a flight time change, but only received a partial refund initially. I was informed that the remaining amount would take 8-10 weeks. After waiting 10 weeks and following up, I was told they would look into it and respond in 96 hours. After 5 days without a response, I contacted them again, only to be blamed for not receiving my refund because I hadn’t contacted the airline directly, which was never suggested to me. I kept records of our conversations and realized I was never advised to do this; I was just told to wait. Being blamed for 'not helping myself' instead of receiving an apology for the misleading information is unacceptable. I have now waited more than 10 weeks for a refund that was never processed. When I reached out to the airline, they informed me that the refund was sent to the service provider to pass on to me two months ago, but it was never forwarded, yet I was blamed for not receiving it.
