I had an awful experience with customer service. I never received a ticket for one of my flights, which prevented me from checking in. They insisted that I was refusing to accept my e-ticket, and after I left the chat, they finally sent it. Instead of acknowledging their mistake and assisting me, they were condescending and rude. Their behavior was unprofessional and unacceptable. Having worked in customer service myself, I know I would have lost my job for treating customers this way. They are unhelpful and will just cause frustration. I will never choose this airline again and demand a refund to book elsewhere. Completely disgusted. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
