I’m extremely disappointed with BudgetAir and their handling of my booking (BAE-6598012).
My flight was cancelled due to circumstances completely outside of my control, yet BudgetAir refused to rebook my ticket. Instead of helping resolve the issue, they told me my fare was “not eligible for rescheduling” and suggested I contact the airline myself.
To make matters worse, they are deducting a large portion of the refund and offering only AED 1,192 back, even though the cancellation wasn’t my fault. As a customer, this feels unfair and very frustrating. When you book through an agency, you expect them to support you when problems arise — not pass the responsibility back to the airline and keep part of your money.
Customer service has been disappointing and unhelpful throughout this process.
I would strongly advise travelers to think twice before booking with BudgetAir. If anything goes wrong with your flight, don’t expect them to assist you properly.
