We really need a zero-stars option; it pains me to give this company even one star.
I booked flights with this company, $330 return Melb - Adelaide. I called to change the flight to an earlier one, for the same day but a couple of hours earlier. They told me the cost of changing the flight would be $225(!) I don’t take kindly to daylight robbery so I bought an earlier flight from another company (one way to Adelaide for $120) and rang Budgetair to cancel the original flight. They said they’d issue me a credit voucher for the cost of that flight in the amount of $182. But… the cancellation fee was $99. I told the customer service rep I won’t be needing their voucher since I’m never going to use their company again. She hung up on me. SHE hung up on ME. I implore anyone who is considering using the services of this company to NOT.
