The is no where to add a frequent flyer number, which there is on other sites also there’s nowhere to request a gluten free meal. I have celiac disease so this is a necessity for me. Also Qatar can’t find my booking with the number you gave me so I can’t enter the above with them and I’m worried if my ticket will work

Disappointed with the Service and Support

Regrettably, I believe the reviews are either biased or manipulated. It has been incredibly challenging to navigate their processes. If you need to request a credit for your flights due to medical issues, they are of no assistance. They only offer to cancel your booking and do not provide options for applying credits for future travel. They won't help resolve the situation either, constantly directing you back to the airline, while the airline tells you to return to the service. Save yourself the frustration; there are many other organizations that prioritize good customer service.

I had a very disappointing experience with the service and cannot recommend booking through them. I paid extra for a refundable and changeable ticket, expecting some flexibility if my plans changed. However, when I attempted to modify my booking, I was informed that no changes could be made, and a refund was essentially impossible. This undermines the purpose of purchasing a refundable ticket. In addition to the airline’s official change fee and fare difference, the service insisted on a high administration fee, making the total modification cost nearly equivalent to booking a brand-new ticket. When I raised this issue, I was told they are “bound by airline policy” — yet the administration fee is clearly their own charge, not the airline’s. To make matters worse, I was not allowed to modify my booking directly with the airline, even though I was willing to cover the airline's fees. This left me with no reasonable options and no flexibility whatsoever. Overall, this experience felt misleading, restrictive, and extremely frustrating as a customer. Paying extra for a refundable ticket offered no real advantage. I would strongly recommend others to book directly with airlines to avoid unnecessary fees and stress.

I strongly advise everyone to avoid this service. They incorrectly spelled my name on an international ticket despite providing accurate information, and then they wanted to charge me $300 to fix their mistake. An airline confirmed that traveling with a mismatched name is not possible, yet this service claimed it was fine. With my flight approaching and no solution, I requested a refund to rebook. They offered a mere $800 back on a ticket costing over $2,000. This seems to be a recurring problem with them; they often misspell names to charge more fees. Their customer service is severely lacking, and I experienced rudeness when trying to resolve my issue. Misleading, stressful, and no accountability—save yourself the hassle and go with another provider.
