Bad service. It’s extremely frustrating that you can’t contact this Budget Air by phone. My wife had a medical emergency and had cancel flight and to reach out via email but no one responded for an entire week. The only option is live chat, which takes about an hour to get through. And still they want you to email. So nothing happens really. This level of support is unacceptable and its a joke!
