I accidentally booked my ticket with the wrong travel date and contacted BudgetAir immediately after noticing the mistake. I expected some level of flexibility or a short grace period to correct an obvious human error, especially since the booking had just been made.
Instead, I was told that no free cancellation or correction was possible and I had to pay an additional $110 just to fix the date.
This experience was very disappointing. A small mistake turned into an unnecessary financial penalty, and there was no willingness to help or offer a reasonable solution. For an online travel agency, basic flexibility for immediate corrections should be standard practice.
I strongly advise others to double-check every detail before confirming a booking with BudgetAir, because if you make even a minor mistake, you may end up paying heavily for it.
