Very bad experience with this budget airline agency. Customer service was poor and unhelpful. I was ready to pay the correction fee for my ticket, but they kept sending me a payment link that did not work. I tried for three days in a row, and there was clearly an issue with their payment system, but they never admitted it.

Instead of resolving the issue, they pushed me to cancel the ticket and accept only $50 back, even though I paid around $2,500. It honestly felt like their main goal was to cancel my ticket cheaply and resell it to someone else at full price.

Completely unfair and unprofessional. I would not recommend this agency to anyone.

Requested for travel of current day, but itinerary got issued for next day. With no possibility of modification less than 6hrs, whole plan got disrupted. The customer care couldn't help either as they redirect to speak to airlines, who eventually turned down saying booking via partner and partner should approach them.. This is a vicious loop and these mistakes paid price on expereince.

It is an absolute terrible company with awful customer service, It is absolutely pointless to talk sense to them. I bought tickets, payed way more then the lowest cost is, so I would have options to change a date, but when I actually needed to change, they told me that change fee would be 800, which is basically price for a new ticket. They said they warn people about it, but that information is hidden, unless you really know where to check. I paid extra for seats- they gave us totally different seats. And good luck trying to get your money back.

Sleazy is as sleazy does. They have no physical location inside the United States, no phone number(s), so the only source of contact is an email. When I asked for refund they abruptly ended the chat. Stone Cold Thieves don't give refunds. They cancelled the flight and the only option they tend to give is rebooking even though this is in violation of federal law. If a rebooking isn't the flier's fault then federal law requires them to issue a refund. Don't let these pirates fool you. The federal law is 49 US Code Section 42305. Because of a winter storm the airports at Newark and even New York were largely closed down. That is not my fault. A class action should be filed against the company to insure that they no longer are permitted to do business in the United States.

I would give 0 stars if I could. They are looters and frauds, they didn’t help me cancel the ticket after 10 hours of booking it despite paying for premium package while booking the ticket. They asked me to call airline for within 24hrs cancellation and ofcourse the airline refused. Never was it written that within 24hrs cancellation won’t be allowed, the even charged me $60 extra for premium to waive cancellation fees, what a scam! Surprised there is no law suit against them.

Instead of offering any flexibility, they charged me $110 to change the date.

This was not a last-minute change, not a complex modification, and not something done days later. It was a correction requested almost immediately after purchase.

What is most disappointing is the complete lack of understanding or customer care for a simple mistake that could have been handled with minimal effort.

Be very careful when booking through this platform. Even if you notice an error right away, you may be charged significant fees just to correct it.

I would strongly recommend double-checking every detail before confirming a booking, because there is clearly no tolerance for human error here.

I mistakenly booked a flight in a different date than my desired date, I did communicate with an agent, and they assured me to cancel the booking , and that I will get the money refunded.
