Sleazy is as sleazy does. They have no physical location inside the United States, no phone number(s), so the only source of contact is an email. When I asked for refund they abruptly ended the chat. Stone Cold Thieves don't give refunds. They cancelled the flight and the only option they tend to give is rebooking even though this is in violation of federal law. If a rebooking isn't the flier's fault then federal law requires them to issue a refund. Don't let these pirates fool you. The federal law is 49 US Code Section 42305. Because of a winter storm the airports at Newark and even New York were largely closed down. That is not my fault. A class action should be filed against the company to insure that they no longer are permitted to do business in the United States.
